- Digital Gold purchased through our platform is allocated based on the live gold rate prevailing at the time of the transaction.
- The equivalent quantity of gold (in grams) will be credited instantly to your account at the same day's rate.
- Once the purchase is successfully completed, the quantity of gold allotted remains fixed and is not affected by future market fluctuations.
2. Refund for Digital Gold Transactions
- Customers may request a refund or sell-back of their Digital Gold holdings through the platform, subject to the prevailing market rate and applicable charges.
- Refund amounts, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method or designated bank account within the prescribed processing period.
